Graco ComfortSport Convertible Car Seat – Review

Graco ComfortSportThe Graco ComfortSport convertible car seat comes in a variety of colors and is designed to safely fit children up to 40 pounds. It has been rigorously crash tested to make sure your child stays secure and protected even during high-level impacts.

In order to prevent injury to your child the seat has been fitted with energy absorbing foam to reduce the force of any impacts as much as possible.

The majority of customers rate the ComfortSport 5/5 stars. Here’s what a few of them had to say:
•    “My son is 3 1/2 and not quite 40 pounds and was still in this car seat only a different design. We were in a bad car accident and landed on our top. He was snug and safe throughout the whole ordeal and walked away with no injury at all. That car seat saved his life.”
•    “Very easy to install, and very easy to adjust the straps as well. Getting baby in and out is easy as well. Very high quality.”
•    “I just bought this car seat a few weeks ago from Amazon and I love it.”

The Graco ComfortSport convertible car seat includes a removable head support for maximum comfort and a five-point harness to keep your child firmly in place.  The harness has a front adjuster and can be set in three different height positions. A cup holder is placed within easy reach on the left side to hold a drink or even small snacks for the journey.

The Graco ComfortSport holds infants up to 30 pounds in the rear facing position and toddlers up to 40 pounds when facing forwards. It’s one of the cheapest car seats available while still holding to excellent safety standards.

The harness heights are set a little bit lower than other seats. If you have a large or tall child you may want to consider something like the Graco My Ride 65. If you have a smaller child and want something under $100 then the Graco ComfortSport still offers great protection and comfort.
